2017 Fo Guang Shan Meditation Classes

Between July - August 2017 Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple will be offering a 5 weeks meditation course conducted in English.

Please come and experience the wonders and benefits of meditation. Many people do not realise that there is more than one type of meditation. Come and taste and sample the different forms from silent to motive.

Instructions are given by a trained Monastic in the grounds of the beautiful Fo Guang Shan Temple. This is an ideal venue for contemplation and meditation. We can assist you to find a way to inner peace. If you haven't visited us before, please come and see us.

We are offering a 5 weeks course in different types of meditation. Also included is Tai Chi session and a meditation talk.

Limited spaces are available so come on and join in the learning experience - Lets all learn together.

Classes will be held every Saturday morning from 9:30am to 11:00am, 29 July ĘC 26 August 2017. Please Note that Payment due date is 26th July, no drop in payment and entry on 29th July will be accepted.

The 5 weeks course will be $60. You can pay by cash or EFTPOS or direct credit (for direct credit a proof of payment such as bank statement must be provided). Please note that payment must be done at the same time as registration. No refund and it is not transferable. Please register and pay your fee at the Pagoda from Tuesday ĘC Sunday from 9:00am ĘC 5:00pm.
