Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery New Zealand\u2019s curator Venerable Abbess Manshin came up with the idea of having a New Zealand Artists Cultural and Art Exchange Gathering at the Auckland temple. She emphasized that the Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery is to be a platform for local artists to exhibit and showcase their creativeness and talent to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Venerable Abbess Manshin hopes that the more Artists will visit the temple so that they would feel inspired and express their experiences and feelings through art. By doing so, it would bring people together and contribute to a better society. Hence, the idea of holding an Art Salon was born.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cherry Blossom Art salon aims to foster harmonious relationship and positivity with local artists in Aotearoa New Zealand through Art.
