To Our Great Compassionate Buddha

Today marks the Tenth Anniversary of the Canterbury Earthquake

We pray for your blessings:
As life is never ending
May the deceased continue their life journey with a peace of mind and to be liberated and attain all happiness.

When the conditions are fulfilled
May the deceased reborn again to this world with hope.

May the family and friends of the deceased be blessed by the Buddhas.
May the survivors be relieved of their suffering and regain confidence to move on.

May they understand that where there is life there is hope, where there is survival there is strength.

We are pleased to see that the Christchurch City is regaining the energy and vibrant gradually.

Let us appreciate the government’s support to rebuild the city.
Let us thanks the community to bring hope to the city.

To Our Great Compassionate Buddha
May we understand the concept of cause and effect and the reality of life.
May we have the strength of a heart full of patience and tolerance and never give up in the face of adversity.
May we be inspired with clear and wise foresight and have no fears or worries. May we have the courage to face all difficulties and fulfilled a better self, life after life.

To Our Great Compassionate Buddha We pray for your blessing and protection that we would bring the light of virtue to illuminate the City of Christchurch.

Please accept our sincere prayer
